Registration

Refund Policy – Review before registering.

Withdrawal Request – Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

Registration Change Request - $50 fee for registration changes and any inaccurate or incomplete registrations.

New Players

Create Spordle Account – Required before registering.

Create HCR Number – Required before registering.

RIS Parent / Instructions – Required before registering.

The Shift Forward – Required if you do not have a valid RIS Parent with older siblings.

Returning Players

Find your HCR Number - Look up your Hockey Member Number

The Shift Forward – Required if your RIS Parent Certificate is expired.

RIS Parent Certificate – Look up Certificate number.

Player Movement and Boundary Exception Requests

Boundary Exception Request – Approval required before registering.

Parent Declaration Form – Families that have relocated from outside the province.

Player Movement – Families that have relocated within the province.

Non Resident Players

U11 AA Notification of Tryout - For players that do not have access to a U11 AA tryout in their MHA.

U11 AA Waiver Form - Requesting a 2^nd Tryout.

Player Movement – Request to register with a non-primary MHA.

Elite Player Movement – Request to access your 1^st tryout with a different Elite Draw Zone.

2nd Tryout Request Form – Request your 2^nd tryout with RDMH.

Elite Player Waiver – Required to attend a 2^nd tryout.
